Kishan Reddy, Union Minister for DoNER, Tourism, and Culture, has officially opened the two-day online conference Symphony.On September 24 and 27, 2022, the Ministry of Development of the North Eastern Region will host the virtual conference Symphony in honor of World Tourism Day. North East India is among the most beautiful places on earth and is blessed with incredible food, culture, magnificent landscapes, heritage, and architecture. But there are significant prospects that can be taken advantage of to grow the tourism industry in the area.

This two-day conference's goal is to develop a plan for showcasing North East India's undiscovered beauty and advancing the industry there. Thought leaders, policy analysts, social media influences, travel and tour operators, and senior officials from the Ministry of DoNER and State Departments would brainstorm, discuss, and generate ideas and suggestions. 

About Symphony: 

Symphony aims to create a one-stop solution to remove all challenges that tourists and tour operators encounter when managing operations for the visitors. These challenges include logistics and infrastructural facilities, lack of knowledge about the locations among tourists, disseminating necessary information among the public, and marketing and promotional activities.
